"Yes, not only due to the fact that you are giving credit to someone else for their work. But because your information about the author(s) could entice the reader to do more research on the person's material. Plus, it is required every where you go. So no use in complaining about it."

Which rule(s) does this violate?:
1. No Linking Spam - Posts just to advertise other sites will be deleted
2. Don't use individual people's names (unless they're famous)
3. No personal info (your phone number, your address, etc.) for your protection
4. Keep it PG, or at least R (no NC-17)
5. Keep the Love - no hateful or overtly rude comments
